We recommend this company for any pest problem , cannot fault Chris for his persistence with a difficult case we had with rats in the house . Did an emergency call out to us at 3 am and manage to get the rat. Chris went above and beyond for us , cannot fault these service , we will use no other company if we have further problems in the future. As for Chris’s professionalism is nothing but 5 star , great chap thorough in his work and just a polite friendly man and a big thank you again Chris”

Amazing service, I would recommend Chris to anyone. We spotted an active wasp nest in our converted garage. I requested for a call back on pest prevention Liverpool website late at night,Chris rang me within the hour. Chris came out the very next day and treated the nest. It was 7.30 on a Sunday evening and I received a call to say that my 93 year-old aunt's house had become infested with biting ants. As I live in London I was desperate to find a solution immediately. No-one answered their 24/7 phone except Chris who went to the property immediately with his female partner so as not to alarm my aunt who lives alone. Partner looked after my aunt while Chris sorted out the ants, which were all over the house, in her bedroom, everywhere. Such amazing help and carried out with the minimum of fuss. Thank you Chris and Emma!”
